Kalkhan Security applies the following refund conditions to its digital license products.
Refund conditions
A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the purchase date, provided the license key has not been used.
Refund process
Send your refund request to bilgi@kalkhan.com.tr. Once approved, the payment is returned within 7-14 business days.
Refund conditions for digital software licenses are applied according to the nature of the product.
General information
For digital products where a license key or download access is provided after purchase, a refund request may be considered within a reasonable period if the product has not been used and the license has not been activated.

Process
Once your request has been reviewed, the approval or rejection is communicated by email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
